More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct parts of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
